Who we are

turnslip is made and run by ChuKhaLi, an individual developer. In these terms, "we" means ChuKhaLi and "you" means the person using turnslip.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for turnslip Pro. Dodo Payments takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt and invoice.

The software

turnslip's source code is available on GitHub under the Functional Source License, FSL-1.1-MIT. You may read, change and use it, for yourself or your company. You may not use it to build a competing product. Each version becomes MIT-licensed two years after its release.

turnslip Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives one person a license key for the Pro features of turnslip version 1.x, including its updates.

One key works on up to 3 machines at a time. You can free a machine with /turnslip:deactivate and use the key on another one.

Don't publish or resell your key. We may disable a key that is shared publicly or resold, and we will tell you by email first.

What turnslip does and does not promise

turnslip is provided as is, without warranty. It is a safety net, not a backup: undo restores only the files turnslip recorded, and it cannot undo a database migration, a git push or a deploy. Keep your own backups and version control.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about turnslip is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying Pro. See Refunds.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. A change never takes away a license you already bought.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
